Vendor change order responsible party

You can configure vendor change order responsible parties for a project. The responsible parties configured here populate the Responsible party drop-down list on the VCO record header. Responsible parties for a project include those added at the organization level.

You can delete a responsible party only if the party is not in use by a project. Additions or changes made at the organization level are for new projects only.

When a responsible party has been used in your project, but you do not need it for future contracts, you can deactivate it instead of deleting it. When the Active toggle is set to No, it can no longer be used in the project.
